Distant Home

When I first saw Mu Si Poe, she was standing barefoot on a road of a small American town, Bowling Green, Ky. With a baby wrapped in her shawl on her back, she gazed in the distance, not knowing where to go. This is when I began documenting the lives of immigrants. I recognized myself and thousands of others who once were trying to find our place, far away from home. 32 different nationalities live in Bowling Green, and new settlers arrive every single day.
